✭✭@QuadroTony: did you mean 2 or 3 pieces? Very few sets give bonuses starting at one piece.
Night's Silence only gives Stamina Regeneration with 3 pieces
It's also the only crafted set giving stamina recovery for 3 pieces. Full list here.
The Blood Spawn set does it with only one piece but it's quite rare:

I think that Stamina Regeneration is usually quite a bad stat to invest in. If you do DPS, weapon dmg / weapon crit are probably better and if you tank, healing taken, block mitigation and health/armor are more effective.Edited by Gyudan on December 25, 2014 9:24AMWololo.2 -

Do you need that to:
- get into the fight quicker after you exhaust your bar?
- be able to sprint easily between fights?
If you're looking for the 2nd option you could try well-fitted gear and the set that reduces spring cost.
Blood Spawn may also require dozens of dungeon runs: head drops in Spindleclutch from the Gargoyle (very low chance) and shoulders from the undaunted gold chests, with a random chance along with all the other shoulders.Edited by Gyudan on December 25, 2014 9:38AMWololo.0 -

with vampire passive speed under sneak your stamina end very fast
its only for ninja-style of PVP
3 shoots - frag, sneak to another position fast, to prevent your discover
also during this rotations you need to spam maneuver(600+ stamina) elude (340 stamina) and evil hunter (266 stamina)

very fun set bc your speed gets boosted by 75% for 3 seconds
if you wanna sprint longer, this is actually better than the stamina recovery

Yes, there are many sets that can only be obtained from PvP reward bags and the bags from the PvP vendor. Shadow Walker is one of them.

No. The only PvP sets that you can get in VR14 are from the elite vendor. Shadow Walker and the other sets are VR12.0 -

what i found for now
- 3 piece The Way of Air set, vr14 purple, 12+12 regen
- 2 piece Alessian Order set vr12, neck+pants, 11 regen+18enchant
- two rings 18+18 enchant regen
- 2 piece the shrouded armor, vr14 purple 12 regen
- sword and shield of the set Blesing of the Potentates, 12 regen
- al i need now its shoulder from blood spawn set, and figure out is there any sets for stamina regen WITH Rings
max stamina regen for now - 217 with drink +13 regen
