Priority: Player Housing

I love what ZOS has done with ESO so far. This is a game I will be playing until the servers close (hopefully they do not). But, the one thing I would really like to see implemented in the game as more of a priority is player housing. I hope others join me on my push to increase the demand for player housing. This company and this game are creating a historic time. Never before have I witnessed the development of an MMO where the devs are actually asking for an implementing player feedback. They do it in a way that's almost like we are building the game with them. I just know that if enough people are wanting player housing that they may implement it into the game sooner rather than later. At least I really hope so. It is an amazing feature and the elder scrolls is definitely the place for it. I use to run a casino at my house in a game called Ultima Online, a very, very long time ago. I played that game every day for years, and player housing was a massive part of that. I would love to have that feeling again.

Thanks for listening =)

It took WoW like 5 Expantions before they got something like player housing ha.

I mean I agree it'd be fun to have, especially if there are actually activities you can do there, like if you owned a farm or something and had to take care of it. And I'm sure many people would really look forward to it too.

However, I don't think they're going to put it in the priority order over Spell crafting and the golden City or new zones just yet..:P

Of course, I agree. Things like Spell Crafting, Justice system, Champion System, & The Imperial City are more of a priority. I just don't want to see player housing implemented 2 or more years from now, which I believe about the only word we have had on player housing it was stated that it wouldn't be for a couple of ESO anniversaries. I would like to see it much sooner than that.

Player housing is extremely LOW priority. ZOS has said absolutely nothing about it. And there's so much more stuff coming, so don't expect housing for at least another year.

Personally, I see player housing as one of those features that adds very little value to the game. I'm glad ZOS isn't spending too much time on it.

I agree, for me housing has always been what I want most in ESO.

I hope to see it in 2015, but I'm not holding my breath.

But what if it offered more than what you think of as housing? Like Farm Plots, Gaming Tables, as well as the typical storage? I'm sure the RPers would love furniture they can actually interact with and sit and lie down on.

    Dear @Savetti

Sorry but I plan to start my own underground gambling operation and I don't like competition.

I hope you have Dunmer Fire Resistance Passives.

    Sincerely,

    Player housing a priority?
Usually player housing is just a vanity hideout that serves no other purpose than diverting player attention from more important matters.

Unless I can visit other player houses, rob them, murder their pet mudcrab and burn the place down i see little point in focusing resources on that.

Same goes for spellcrafting which I believe is a terrible idea.

Since this game launched with about half the content they apparently WANTED it to have we all get to wait while they get that in, test it for them, have them break it half a dozen ways...and then, maybe around year 5 they'll THINK about giving us housing. Nevermind that it was a beloved staple of the original games. :(
