Light/Heavy Attacks Missing

It seems that my character has had a permanent miss chance applied to his heavy/light attacks. Both in WW form and humanoid form even the most plain weapon attacks are missing completely. Am I missing something? No pun intended.

If the enemy is not highlighted when you attack you will not hit them.
I noticed when shield charging NPC move right into your space and within the minimum range.
As they were so close you could not highlight them without aerial view acrobatics.
Although your instict tells you, you cant miss.

Step away....make sure they highlight before you attack.
Otherwise you are just swinging at air.

Don't think that's the issue since it's a BIG troll... Not the internet kind either. No pun intended. Geez, today is already rough lol.

I'm actually thinking it's some kind of superficial miss chance added in. It only happens in the lv36-44 zone. Maybe it's to keep players from playing the content they want to play and how they want to play it.
