Does daedric summoning make me.... weak to fighters guild skills ?

Greetings,
I'm using my summoned pets since today again and I constantly am affected from something, that I have never seen before. Each time when a player attacks me, there is such a white glow around me, like I would burn from the sun light and it slows me down. The same happens to my pets. I am no vampire and no werewolf. I know, that pets are affected by fighters guild skills.
I'm doing pvp every day and I'm in the game since release and I have never seen this effect before. The dusk looks like the magicka flow from the Warlock set, only that it appears white-yellow. What is this ?

This passive is not visible. It happens, when I get attacked by players. I have never seen it before. I fear, that the weakness of my pets affects me as well.Auri-El is my lord,
