3 ultimates per second x 8

I have been thinking about this and can see where it will be detrimental to some of my builds. For instance I have a dual wield NB who is also a WW I have not yet gotten the ability to extend my transformation so what generally happens is when I finally hit 400 ultimate I transform pounce and swing like crazy. With this new system I figure I might get 48 points perhaps 72 back before I end up back in DE form. About an 18% return on the 400 points I just spent not a very good ROI, at the moment I usually have 160 to 200 when I end up back in DE form. I do know WW gives passive ultimate generation just wondering how this is going to effect quick attack builds.

Well, when you transform back into human form, you get drop of all your ult to 0 (try to search discussion about this on firum). So it doesn't matter how much point you get in WW form.

I did a search on the "firum" but since this has to do with the most recent ESO live and how the new ultimate will be calculated I didn't find one specifically about builds with a high rate of attack.
I will test tomorrow but I didn't notice my ultimate zeroing out when back in DE form.
Really though you could use dual wield light attacks as an example as the skill is all about quick damage.

Oh I probably searched in General which is why that thread didn't pop up, thanks for the link.

Still doesn't really have to do with what I am asking, I just used WW attacks as I tend to blitz attack while transformed.

Maybe this scenario will clarify. So on my DPS Templar ( I know I know Templars are suppose to stand back and heal or stand in front and takes hits. But as pointed out before I am my own special snow flake) I often end the fight with one or two light attacks to save my resources. So what I am wondering is do both those attacks produce ultimate? So I hit and get my 8 second timer producing 3 ultimate then hit again does that attack get a different timer or is it only one timer at a time.

I think it, as any other buff, have only one timer and you just renew it with another attack.

That is likely which will change how I play a high offense character.

I've noticed this myself. For me it happens 100% or the time with a small caveat. If I go through a screen transition that forces me out of WW form, I will still have my ultimate that I gained in WW form.

The Ult to 0 happens at all ranges. Even if I get my ultimate all the way up to 1000 or just a few point, it doesn't seem to matter.
And so did many brave men, women, and beast fall to the end of Beta, never to be heard from again. All that is left, is whispers of the adventures they had.
