Wow huge amount of information I will have to go back and re-watch it a couple of times.
A couple of things that came to mind. At first it sounded like the armor passive where going to be rolled in the Champion system but then comments indicated that armor passives will still be there. I just don't like the idea of armor affecting pool regeneration. In my opinion it should all be about mitigation with heavy having a higher percent at the cost of stamina usage, so the more you move the less stamina you would have. Medium giving you more mobility with say 75% mitigation of the heavy armor amount. Then light giving you the most mobility but 50% of the damage mitigation. This is all physical attack I am thinking of. Then for magical attacks I think it should be a passive say from the mage guild line that gives you mitigation for spells damage. In older TES games you had two pools that effected magic, Wisdom and Intelligence. Wisdom had to do with how well you where able to resist spells, obviously it isn't a part of ESO but I think a high rank in the mages guild combined with a factor from your magic pool would give a similar effect.
The next had to be with the new morph system. Basically it sounded like there would still be two choices one using stamina as the base and one using magic as the base. The thought that came to mind is what if I am a stamina build but like the effect that the magic path gives, or vice versa? I love the idea that you are giving stamina users more options but I would rather see the choice to first pick the use pool then two options giving the different choices.
The last is on Synergy it is good you are changing these trying to balance the effectiveness of them. What I would like to see is when you hit x 5 choices pop up allowing you to use one of the last 5 synergies that just occurred.
Anyway I am looking forward to trying this out on the PTS, really hoping you can get it on the servers the first of the month so we can start testing and gaining a better understanding of how it will all work.
