Which dev do we need to bribe for the blue VR14 mystery boxes?

It's been three months since the level cap was raised to VR14 and the PVP vendors still do not sell VR14 versions of the blue mystery gear boxes.

What will it take to implement these? Which dev(s) do we need to bribe? Do we need to provide baked goods, alcohol, cash or something else?

@ZOS_BrianWheeler, please help us out here.

The drop rate is screwy and the fact that no one knows what's going to happen regarding gear when the champions update happens, it's kind of a moot point now.

Blue box gear should have scaled to VR14 months ago, it's just to damn late now to do anything about it.

with the upcoming Champion System, everything will be scaled down to level 50, meaning the maximum level will be level 50.

Its too late to fix this issue now, may as well wait for the CS at this point.

That is not happening in Update 6 and has not even been guaranteed to happen at some point down the road. It's only been mentioned as a possibility.

Things like this and the 'removal' of the Guild Store option from Cyrodiil bankers still not being fixed shows ZOS' dedication to delivering us a good PvP experience.

they said it's at least going to PTS in january

I recall one of the previous patch notes stated v14 gear would be added for the vendors. Never happened.

I believe they are brought from the elite vendors at your home gates. I think for EP there is one at the crafting building in the Southern(?) Morrowind gate.
