Does anyone know exactly how much spell penetration the Apprentice stone gives? There is no where on the character sheet and I'm debating if to switch from the mage to it.
I'm think it would help in pvp, but is it better than adding more max magic?

Each stone give exactly 5% at level 50 or above.
If stone give stats then it give 100 points of stats at level 50 or above.
