Maintenance for the week of October 5:
• [COMPLETE] ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – October 8, 8:00AM EDT (12:00 UTC) – 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)
searched the net for an answer, can't find an answer to what I think is a common thing to ask. Answer yes or no. Please no tangential info or explanations.
Here's the question.
Can a real player heal NPCs with staffs and healing abilities.
Thanks!
Info
you used to be able to but it was removed in a recent patch.
I do think some (such as quest) npc's can still be healed but they are not so common.
Also I would think that if a guard or other npc were to be standing in a healing springs thwy would be healed by it assuming there are not 6 players there (since the players would take priority)
I don't see why you shouldn't be able to. Anytime I use Fragmented Shield or some other damage shield skill, the NPC's standing around me gain a damage shield on their health bar.
I don't notice most heals hitting NPCs... Repentance seems to, though... least from the graphical indicator. Maybe that's just stamina, though... I don't really know.
@Robocles Repentance only heals the caster, the graphic for that just shows the Stamina and Health being sucked from the lifeless corpses of your fallen foes.
