Werewolf Weakness Applied in Human Form?

Does anyone know (and has tested) if the 50% weakness to poison is always applied even in human form?
I’ve asked around and read threads and posts on other forums but yet to have a clear answer from anyone, many people are saying it doesn’t and as such are taking it for the bonus stamina regen, however some have said that it does.

Most people say that it's not applied in human form, but with that in mind why shouldn’t everyone not a Vampire be a Werewolf? There is literally no reason not to be one if that’s the case.

As a werewolf in human form, you won't take extra damage from poison or fighter's guild abilities. Werewolf is particularly efficient for tanks (passively generates ultimate when taking damage while the ultimate is slotted) and stamina users in general (increased stamina regeneration).

    Thanks for the reply.

That's actually a little sad to see, as there is now zero reason mechanically to be a normal human.

Correct... being a werewolf in human form has no consequences. .. Though being in werewolf form you get gimped beyond belief (Which is strange seeing as you your supposed to become a rampaging unstoppable beast) . They need to revamp the system...

Suggestion: make your second bar your transformation form... and thus a toggle ... Loosing your 2nd bar is a big enough drawback for many not to take it. Timer passives and skills will have to be reworked... but this will allow a werewolf ultimate ability to be used!

And 50% poison damage is ridiculous... make it 20-25% in both forms.

    Cheers!

    Thanks for the answer.

Yeah this does seem like a major oversight by ZOS, each of the additional world lines should be a choice not a given.

    So just to confirm.

In human form you get 15% stamina regeneration bonus and no negative effects.

Werewolf form you suffer weakness to poison and fighter guild skills now work vs you.

    Correct?

@ZOS_GInaBruno or @ZOS_JessicaFolsom any way you can get an official confirmation on that?
