Up todate character planner?

Is there a character planner that is up to date with 1.5? I like to play around with build ideas some times and check out available morphs, but all of the planners I have used seemed to have stopped updating at 1.3. Quite a lot has changed since then.

I have tried a bit of searching, but all I get is the old out of date tools.

No. I've been looking for it myself, but considering how ZOS is with their support of third party sites, they've all stopped updating them.
