why are all nord dumb and drunk?

im disappointed that ZoS took these qualities to stereotype most Nords. not the honorable death in battle and the valor that goes with it. that they were blessed by Kyne. or that a mere couple hundred Nords slew there way across all of northern tamriel and sent the elves that lived there packing.

Cause had they made Nords to be how awesome they really are no one would play any other race. Then it would be Elder Nord Online. Then how would Nords dominate all the other races?

The only Nord that comes to mind is Shalidor and he's hardly a drunk. That being said, there's a running joke in the Elder Scrolls series about drunk Nords and witches, but for the most part they are viking-ish in culture, what were you expecting?

It's like how most, but not all, Altmer are incredibly rude or how Argonians are always willing to kill themselves for some aspect of nature.. Because Argonian.

well they originate from a much colder climate, and are acclimated to the cold weather (even in their skill bonuses) so it could be very likely that the climate of Skyrim does not seem cold to them and is a perfect temperature. however if they were to go someplace rather mild like cyrodil that would seem hot and uncomfortable to live in.
