Dual wield sorcs?

Any out there? I like to set up my characters with nontraditional builds, currently running a 2hander nightblade, thinking about working on a dual wielding sorc next. It seems like lightning form / critical surge both have good synergy with dual wield's playstyle, and I'd probably be using a full medium armor and dual daggers setup for max crit chance to benefit critical surge. If anyone is running a similar build, what other abilities do you mix in from the class trees?

I tend to use the same weapon type on both weapon slots, and then set up one bar for single target and one for aoe (or when pvping, one for close range and one for long range). I'd probably be using something like this for my hotbar setups:

Bar 1 (single target):
1 - Blood Craze (DoT + self heal over time)
2 - Rapid Strikes (main damage attack)
3 - Endless Fury (execute and ranged damage attack)
4 - Thundering Presence (self armor boost and pbaoe over duration)
5 - Critical Surge (weapon damage boost and self heal on crits)

Bar 2 (AoE):
1 - Shattering Prison (AoE Root/Snare)
2 - Whirling Blades (Main aoe damage/aoe execute)
3 - Lightning Flood (Extra AoE damage)
4 - Thundering Presence
5 - Critical Surge


Any suggestions on what ultimate to use?

Are you looking to primarily pve or pvp?

It seems you'll not have enought mana for lightning flood (and it willnot strike hard with stamina build). Its better to have some magika reserv to keep critical surge and thundering presence allways up. May be it's better to use instead magika-based attacks additional buffs (may be bound armor morph) or evade CC skill like bolt escape or non-class skills.

and, as for me I do not like flurry and it's morphs as it's channel and you can do nothing while channeling. I prefer instant flying blade for main DW attack, it hits hard, it's ranged and it puts speed debuff.
