ESO SweetFX with Steam?

Anyone know if SweetFX works with the steam version og ESO?
And if so how?

Thx. I have used RadeonPro and SeetFX for some time. But i added ESO to my steam games and if i run it from there it don't work.
And simply can't seem to find a way to get it to work.

Btw. i use Win 8.1 and RadeonPro 1.4
