Have three campaigns:
5 day Non-veteran.
7 day Regular.
30 day Regular.
Have the buffs carry over the two regular campaigns (Home and Guest). Imo, this would double the playing field. Even with the amount of campaigns we have right now, there would be double the amount of participation across Cyrodiil, and I can guarantee that all the servers would be actively fighting. 3 months down the road, alliances would probably stick to two campaigns, but there are not enough campaigns to provide buffs to all alliances, so there will definitely be more fighting than Thornblade.
Or we can just do 2 campaigns and make the buffs global to all people in the alliance (except for people playing in the non-vet campaign?).
Does anyone else think this has potential?
We could try it for a campaign or two. Have two 7-day campaigns go at it for two weeks and see how it goes?
EDIT: I get it that there could be issues with having more than two campaigns and carrying buffs to the guest campaign. Someone with Chillrend buffs would be fighting against a person with Haderus buffs, etc. It wouldn't work very well. So here is a fix: the double buff server would be a 2-in-1 campaign. Basically, if you sign up for one campaign, you are also signed up for the other. This would also help with issues of switching campaigns when one is capped.
