why the 10minute loading screen if i change video settings?

just asking... it seems like any change, even going to minimal settings results in the longest loading screen in the game...
I play every class in every situation. I love them all.

this is what you do: change video settings > wait 1 min > alt + F4. start game, log in and play any char.
