Survey Reports are Extremely Rare Now.

Today was the 16th day in a row that I have done the BS, WW, Clothing, and Alchemy crafting writs...a total of 64 attempts, and in total I have received one survey report in those 64 attempts and that was an alchemy one today.

A couple of weeks ago I used to get one or two survey reports at least every other day so this is definitely not RNG rearing it's ugly head.

It's bad enough that the rewards are garbage but at least getting a survey report helped offset the use of the mats. Now we don't even get that anymore.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah - fewer survey reports and the ones I did get send me to my death in Craglorn.

Is it level-based? My lowly woodworker has had survey reports with successive writs this week.

I get an alchemy survey more days than not, but I've only gotten one enchanting and 2 ww surveys ever.

No, I get an enchanting survey almost every day, in fact I feel disappointed when I don't get one.

No but maybe it is RNG. I have been keeping mine and yesterday completed 6 surveys and you will be happy to hear I had 3 deaths, 2 begging for assistances, 1 wandering around for 30 minutes trying to find the actual spot and 0 nirncrux at the end of it all.

PS: None of these were for consumables either. Blacksmithing 2 and 3, Clothing 1 and 2, Woodworking 1 and 3.

i get like 1-3 surverys every day, so I'm not sure what the OP is talking about. The only thing I don't really get very often is nirncrux and/or kuta from enchanting surverys.

I'm not subbed and I haven't had a single survey report for DAYS. I do daily crafting writs over multiple characters every day. I'm beginning to suspect they're gonna be a an ESO+ exclusive before long. Which just shows that Zen likes it's p2w.

I'm not going back to farming, I CAN'T GO BACK TO FARMING, I've been farming for 4 GDMF years and I'm sick of it.

Daily crafting writs should leave you with a new positive of materials. Even if it's a tiny increace.

For now I'd advice you to simply not do the daily writs. Those Surveys are the only reason we can continue doing writs each day in order to avoid a total net loss.

Well done on the necro, haven't seen one from 5 years ago in days... Lol

I've only done surveys one day this week on 8 toons and had 5 surveys drop. As frustrating as it is, it's likely just a string of bad rng luck.
