Concern regarding console mega server

I moved to NA from UK permanently a few years ago and I still play with my friends back home on xbox.
I know they will be getting ESO on Xbox1 when it come out and at the moment we are discussing among us whether I will even be able to join them.

I really hope there is a way we can because I have a feeling we might be screwed.
I know DCUO on PSN doesn't allow US and EU to choose to be able to play together (unlike pc versions)

Anyone have any insight on this? I know PC gives you the choice but unfortunately my friends are staying on console.

PC and Console users will have separate servers, just like there is separate servers for PC users for NA/EU.

He wants to know if he can switch between EU and NA servers on console. So far nothing has been mentioned. I hope you'll be able to though
