Yes I know, it's a dead horse. But we should keep kicking that bloated horse until something is done about it. Thread after thread, /feedback after /feedback, until someone at ZoS swallows some pride and deals with it.
We all understand that ZoS wants to promote trials. We get it. But enough is enough. If you are in 5 large guilds like I am and many many other people are, it's nothing to get 20 or 30 of these notifications in one evening of play.
Isn't that SPAM? I mean really, what is the difference? If a gold farmer was nailing us with pop up notifications every 10 mins, then wouldn't there be an outcry for ZoS to deal with it? But it's ok if ZoS themselves are doing it?
The notifications are incredibly unpopular and unless I've missed something, ZoS stubbornly refuses to address or comment on all the negative feedback.
Yes, we all know there is an addon that blocks them. I am getting tired of updating countless addons that I have to rely upon for basic functions. Most of us are. Plus in light of the recent malicious addon that was mailing all the gold in your bag to a name in the coding, ZoS official statement was that they do not officially support addons anyways.
They are annoying.
Nobody wants them.
Nobody likes them.
Please remove them or give us an option to toggle them off.

I believe @ZOS should terminate itself according to paragraph 6 of the terms of use.You may not post messages or distribute via any in-game mechanic, spam, chat flooding or any other disruptive messaging. This includes posting messages more than once, posting messages to multiple locations, posting nonsensical content, disrupting the normal flow of conversation

to be honest, I don't give 2 <bleep> if some random guildies I never talk to complete AA under how many minutes.
