Alchemy Unknown Traits

I have four alchemy reagents with one unknown trait on each. I have tried matching them with all the other reagents and tried eating them. Question: do you need to mix three reagents to get some result? Does eating several times produce different results? Is there another way to get this as " known"?

    Mix
    - Dragonthron with Stinkhorn
    - Emetic Rusulla with Blue Entoloma or Whitecap or Violet Coprinus
    - Imp Stool with Mountain Flower
    - lady Smock with Violet Coprinus
    and
    - white cap with Bugloss

Eating only gives you the first trait.
I'm not sure without looking but i think you can find all traits only with 2 reagents.

You can post the reagents and the missing part and i will show you a combination that works
