Not getting Access code

Hello, I am not getting any email with acces code so i cant get to the game. I subscribed to the game the day before yesterday and you know i want to play already. I created ticket but didnt get any answer yet.
I tried everything from Frequently Asked Questions. Nothing Works. I cant change my email because you cant do that, so please help me . Thank you.
