I do not expect people to agree but I felt like throwing in my two cents anyway.
-BATTLE ROAR DK passive. Returns health magicka stamina when using an ultimate (at level 50+ value is approx 900 to each pool)
personally I love battle roar, not only while playing a DK but also when DKs are in my group. I love how played properly you are never out of resources and can nearly tank without a healer. It's great.

now I do not think this skill should be removed or nerfed. Its fantastic the way it is, however I think that it is currently in the wrong skill line.
Battle Roar is simply too powerful to be a class passive and in my opinion it should be in the alliance war support line.

I think if it were moved not only would much of the nerf dk threads go away but the feel of other classes being under powered would also subside.

Alliance war skills are open to anyone and everyone and a skill this powerful belongs among them

    I would like that a lot. As a nb stam bow user, I get 3 cloaks out of magic pool. The first two always break. The third one might work, usually not. But if I had just a few more points in magic that would be a dream come true.

    doubt it as it would massively imbalance classes, DK's fastest ult is 125 morphed before ult reduction, both NB and temp have low cost ultimate's before ult reduction (50 for nb, and 75 for temp respectively), and NB ult generation is through the roof. sorc not only has built in ult cost reduction but the combination of battle roar and their overload would be so broken, as you don't use ult to activate it, so you could activate/deactivate your ult at will whenever you needed resources back.

    while slight tweaking may need to be done to battle roar in general (I personally think the resource return should be over a duration) the classes were designed around the skills they do or don't have. and messing with that leads to massive broken combinations.

    I very much like your idea of having it return over time, something like 10 or 12 sec would be good. DKs would pretty much have 90health mana stam per sec all the time due to being able to chain standard while in large fights but i think that would be far more balanced than the current function of the skill.

    I still think it should be a passive that everyone has access to even if it were reworked to actually be a % of the ult spent. rather than a base value + a % as it is now.

    if it were for instance returns 400% of the ulti cost it would still give a DK 800 for standard tho it would only give a NB with 50ulti cost 200. and for a sorc it would be base on the ulti spent from overload not turning it on. so for them tho they would be able to keep getting resources back it would be small amounts of about 60 per attack.

    Is that correct? That's a pretty good return just for popping an Ult.

    I vote No...it would be nice to get off the nerf everything train and come up with ideas to add more to the other classes to create balance. By more i don't mean give every good ability to every class thru the alliance skill line. I like the fact that not all classes play the same and I like that some classes are better at certain things than others.
