This happened last night. Video says it for itself. I decided to start recording once everyone started screaming about lag and skills not working. Then once I start recording go figure, everyone stops yelling it even when I ask them to. Here it is though. This is what happens. No it is not my internet as everything was ok via speedtest. Nothing else was lagging at all during this fight. Just ESO. Make of it what you will, but here it is
