No, it seems you don't understand the frustration. I know that's the PR thing to say, I'm in customer service myself. But we both know it's total BS. When you have an issue that has been all over your forums for MONTHS ON END. You need to drop wtf your doing and FIX IT!!! We can wait for the content, and quite frankly I only PvP in this game, so I could care less about any end game raiders crying about content. At least your content isn't so lagged you can't play.
Soo many people that play this game have lives outside of it. Families, kids, work, school etc etc. The one thing you want when your PAYING for a subscription, is to be able to enjoy it with what little time you have. Currently we CAN NOT do that. Zenimax has failed us epically, and will close it's doors once people realize there's no point in paying your salary anymore. Fix the problem...Yesterday!
P.S. Stop with the BS about our internet connections. EU might have that problem, but anyone smart enough to play this game is smart enough to know if their internet is being whacky. Just stop. It's on YOUR end. Not ours.

Consider how many times your system has crashed out of the game. Those files are likely fragmented.

I'm not experiencing any lag at all

If it is not being experienced then its because you are donig pve in cyrodil and have never been to a contested keep.
Not true I've had PvP sessions without lag (on the current patch). Try going into areas with fewer active people, helped me a lot. I.e. I only have issues when I'm close to a AOE bbq party, which is easily avoidable.
CapuchinSeven wrote: »OH right so the way to fix the lag is for everyone to stop PVPing the way the game was advertised, and to walk away from our keeps when they are being taken. Perfect.
The worst part is in the past we actually have been able to play with hundreds on the screen at the same time. So we know it's possible. Anybody who's played since beta remembers the good old days.

I remember before release HUGE 3 way fights with hundreds of people like swarms and swarms of bees around a keep and siege flying everywhere - with... no... lag...
Why did it get worse? How did it get live without testing? Is the capital gained from sales and subs not paying for QA? I mean I understand rough starts but aren't things supposed to get better as the game matures?
This had me LOLing. The whole point is to go into areas with lots of people to kill.

It's kind of interesting to see posts that offer solutions that essentially water the game down. Get rid of AoEs, go find smaller fights...
If you went to an auto mechanic and he said oh the problem is that your car is overloaded with 4 wheels, if we take one off it'll work again, oh by the way you'll only be able to go 15 miles an hour max and only be able to make right hand turns, would you nod your head and say that sounds acceptable thank you?
If not, why would that be acceptable here?

I think the general idea is to avoid the problem until it can be fixed.
But agreed...avoiding the problem would probably be an excuse for ZOS not to bother fixing it. LOL
Yolokin_Swagonborn wrote: »Wait is PvE lagging now too? I thought it was just PvP. And since ZOS usually just ignores PvP, that's why it wasnt getting fixed.
But if precious PvE is lagging now too, maybe they will fix it.
Step aside, please or this might hurt: 177Mb/17Mb/12ms (and for an actual 180Mbit/18Mbit subscription, that's pretty accurate).SteveCampsOut wrote: »Here's My Ping Report.
It's not just the pve that matters here. Zeni knows they need to fix this lag problem before they can release the delayed(most likely because of said lag) Imperial City and the console release. If it's not fixed Zeni knows the console release will flop just as hard as the PC and they can't afford for that to happen.I'm glad PvE is lagging, because then, and only then will the lag be fixed in Cyrodiil.
Heaven forbid for anything to not go wrong for PvE.

Thanks for your response. Who can I contact about getting a subscription credit? I work a 9-5 job, eat dinner..then hop on only to have to log off because the game isn't really playable. I feel like I am paying for a service that I cant use at my convenience as advertised.
My only concern is this seems to be a recent in the last 1-3 months, before we have the same population in the Cyrodiil but now....
