The Lion's Den quest bug after Patch 1.5.6

I am palying Cadwell's Silver in Bangkaroi and there is a quest The Lion's Den, In the quest I have to follow a lady named Qismah to her home. But Qismah is unable to cross stairs, whenever she trying to cross stairs to reach her home, she dropped underneath and again she came back to cross those stairs. And her action repeat again and again. I am stucked in quest. How to make her cross those stairs?
