Barber shop / Tattoo shop.

I've been playing around a little and I like everything so far, except the fact that I
got tired of looking at the same hairstyle over and over again...
I believe I picked the wrong one, but I'm not going to level a new character over it just for that as I'm already at Vet levels...
It would be great to have a barber shop that could restyle hair and hair color for a fee, and a tattoo shop for tattoos and piercings.
Thoughts?
