Same here, downloaded ~5GB. And that means we were lucky, NA users got ~12GB.
Something's wrong with the audio part of patches. If a patch doesn't touch audio, it's more or less reasonable size. But once it starts tinkering with the vo_en folder, it seems to download most of it again (about 4.5GB of zipfiles to patch 6.5GB datfiles).

I downloaded 12 Gb. I watched the dl carefully and most of it was audio files (when your game patches, it does so in stages and the audio files are last and often the biggest part of the download). Why? Because the sound files are large. The last patch included a whole heap of changes to sound files, hence big download.
And yes, I think Merlight has touched on a problem - for me it seemed to download every audio file from scratch, which is why it was such a big download. No patch would ever be 12Gb otherwise.
