I'd love to be a "break your nose then zap your arse with my sparky hands" kind of mage or maybe just an outright brawler boozing and puching around Tamriel. Anyway I like the idea of weapons free fighting and I'd thoroughly enjoy a specialised skill tree around this.
Meaningful hand-to-hand combat is the mechanic I miss most from previous Elder Scrolls games.

Which one? It was always rubbish(without bods),
Hand to hand has looked somewhat hilarious and a bit dodgy in previous ES games but I personally really like the concept. I want to be a Vestige without any super special skills other than, you know being without a soul. I don't want to be a weapons master, just some wizened old wino trying to get through a messed up situation.
IF they brought out a hand to hand skill line, I would have to create a new character.
He would be Called Chuck Norris, Norris with three R's probably as I'm sure that's already taken, and I would spend literally days trying to make him look like the Texas Ranger.
Been here since Feb 2014 - You'd think I'd be half reasonable at this game by now...
Yes, so this Khajiit can be a master of the Whispering Fang style and kick tail..

I loved the ability to punch people in Morrowind (and in some questlines that skill was necessary and used) - and I feel the lack of an 'unarmed' skill-line is sorely missed since.
100% support from me.

Epona was a Romano-Celtic goddess dating back to around 1800 to 2000 years before computer games were invented.
I spent quite alot of time Knife-handing people to death in Morrowind myself. I miss the unarmed skill line. I could see bringing it back, maybe with Knuckler and fist blade type gear to make it more viable for a game like ESO. Could be a fun skill tree as well with lower damage but lots of stuns/knockdowns. I'd be happy to see it return.

In particular, played most of my Monk-style characters in Oblivion; Hand-to-hand received the same power attack bonuses from leveling the skill line as both Blade and Blunt fighting did, but with the additional benefit of doing damage to opponent's health and stamina at the same time.
Daggerfall and Morrowind both had hand-to-hand as a designated skill line as well; was disappointed to see that vanilla Skyrim did not have a perk tree for it, but managed to get a hold of an excellent mod for that purpose.
As a fighting-style, it always felt more satisfying than swinging a weapon around, but not nearly as diverse as a spell caster.
Did hand-to-hand in ESO for a couple weeks, but never found much to it due to lack of skill line and losing out on the ability to weapon swap (being limited to even less skills in combat). Even made a forum thread at one point outlining how it may be implemented within the current system.
Feeling nostalgic now. Maybe it's time to boot up Oblivion and run another Monk through. Feel like Daggerfall is calling out to me at the moment though.
