loot bag UI error

Since last patch I have been getting a peculiar UI error that doesn't seem addon related (usually has the addon name somewhere in the error whereas this one just says 'EsoUI/Ingame/Inventory". This happens usually when I try to "use" a loot bag like a writ reward or a nedic coffer or something. It just throws up the following UI error and won't open the bag. I have been able to resolve the issue with a /reloadui and that makes it go away temporarily but inevitably the error returns.
Anyone else experiencing this or have any suggestions?
