Wait for update 6, or spend money on re-spec ?

Hello to all experience ESO gamers :-)
I have some small money and skill point issues right know.
I got the all skyshards in Tamriel achievement as well as all quests done in tamriel (except Craglorn). So I have a lot of skill points.. But not enough . Here is why:

I have almost everything (weapons, crafting, werewolf etc) at max level, and have used all my skill points. Now I don't have any skill points left, and want to craft some nice legendary weapons, as well as I want to level up light armor and undaunted and some other skills I haven't leveled up. (Since I went for tank/stamina build). So I need some skill points for more easily making legendary and stuff.

The full skill respec is costing me almost 14.000. I have 17.000 now. Is it worth for me to wait until update 6 is released, when we get our skill points back to spend on the new remade skills? If I wait for that, I will have some boring days meanwhile.. Or how can I earn that kind of money? I have heard the prices on dwermer motifs are down, and it is harder to find them anyway. Is it worth hunting the daedric or imperial motif? I have never done any hunting before.

I know i can just take the morph option, where you get back only your skill points back from the morphs, but I need more skills points then that will give me.

Sooo.. yeah... Wait for update 6? Any idea how many boring days I have to wait for that? Or should I spend money on a respec and be broke?

Another issue I have, and I know it is stupid:

After some heavy questing, you got like 50 items with research traits in your inventory. I hate spending time, going through every weapon/armor trait to see if I already have that in my bank for researching.
So I have a list in front of me for what items and traits I need, and if I loot something I don't need for research, I don't pick them up.
I know I throw away ALOT of money and crafting materials when I do this, but it is just sooo boring, and I don't want to deconstruct my items in my bank. Is there an addon for this issue? To sort out bank items from inventory items on the crafting benches? Right now if I want to deconstruct, I need to look closely on my item and remember it, then quickly before I forget (getting old here) go in deconstruct and look through 40 items before I find my item I want to deconstruct. And of course I have to check twice so I don't get rid of the wrong item.

Well, if I would be in your place, I would respec. But I don't have that big money issues as I pick up and sell / deconstruct all loot I get from enemies.
I use Research Assistant to see which items I need for research and which ones I can sell / deconstruct, but to find out which items sell for 10k+ in the guild stores and which do not it takes some experience and market awareness.

By indiscriminately looting and selling anything bellow blue items you will make enough money to be able to pay something like 500 for any trait piece you might ever need to research at the time you want to research it. That is if you are not in good guild where people share traits for free.

Thank you for answer.. Cant wait for all research to be finished, so I got some more bank space. Maybe I just have to respect and start earning some money.

I have no words. All the time I have spent on this.. lol.. feeling dumb now.
