Thanksgiving? I think you misspelled Christmas. According to my TV, anyway.

Shameless plug: it's my birthday =)

Ah .. a fellow Australian practising the subtle and arcane art of Buttockiss ... I think that's part of the Vampire (World) skillset ... there's an image on imgur of a vamp practising on an unsuspecting camel .. but obviously U.S.A -ans and Canadians are much higher class subjects.

As for me .. I find myself in agreement with ers101284b14_ESO and Natjur.

Wow, I can't believe some people at the beginning of this thread had such gal to being insulting and hurtful . . .

And now . . . I will now try to stay on topic AND relate this post to ESO . . .

You see, Mr. Australian buddy, Thanksgiving came to be when the first Orc tribe set foot on High Rock, but all they could do was smith, craft, and drink ale . . . the indigenous Bretons were adept at scratching a living off of the sparse soil and craggy places so they had plentiful crops to eat. When Orcs started raiding Breton villages to steal their crops they were, at first, slaughtered, but after about the 3rd generation of downtrodden and oppressed peasants a startling change occurred. The Bretons harnessedf their magical abilities and themselves in mastered smithing and weapons making and then they sacked Orsinium. From then on the Bretons were thankful that they had been pushed to the limits earlier in their history do they could conquer the Orcs! I read this in an in game lorebook . . . riggggghhhhht.

Good answer ... and truth be told I like your gumption. I apologize for making the assumption and offer my hand in friendship instead.

I and my toons tend to go for the just and fair side of the equation. We also have more that a passing familiarity with history ... Australia too has it's ghosts that people conveniently ignore. I play my penance in games ... that's what keeps me here in a twisted kind of logic. Peace my friend!

For the record, we celebrated the holiday in Canada almost a month ago. Wouldn't make much sense to celebrate a harvest festival when there is already snow on the ground ;)

But thanks for the sentiments nonetheless.

Happy thanksgiving everyone (or as it would be in Tamriel, Happy Warriors Festival!)

I'm VERY thankful ESO is able to be played in 1st person. If it wasn't I don't think I'd have ever given it a try.
What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.
    That's right... Horse.
