11/25 - Patch 1.5.6 not live on EU Megaserver [COMPLETE]

Good morning everyone,

Our team encountered a series of issues during the maintenance window on the European megaserver. Our team made every effort they could in order to fix a faulty game build, and deliver the patch 1.5.6 on our scheduled maintenance time. However, after further investigation, we have decided to bring the server back online without the incremental patch while we work to resolve the issue.

We do understand the frustration this may cause but please rest assured our team is doing its very best to address the issues we encountered and to deliver the patch at the earliest convenience. We will update with new information as soon as we have it.

Hi everyone,

When we were deploying patch 1.5.6 to the European megaserver earlier today, we encountered an issue that would have prevented logging into the server, so we halted the deployment. We are in the process of fixing the issue, will verify it was successful, and are aiming to push 1.5.6 to the European megaserver tomorrow night (Wednesday, November 26th) at 10PM EST. (Thursday, November 27th at 3AM GMT.) The audio hotfix we rolled out to the North American megaserver will go live on the European megaserver at the same time 1.5.6 is pushed.

Hello everyone!

First, we want to thank you for your patience and understanding while we addressed some issues with patch 1.5.6; we know it's been frustrating.

We will be publishing this patch on the European megaserver tonight, and maintenance will begin at 10:00PM EST. We were able to fix the size of the patch so it will be 6GB to download instead of 12GB (this goes for those on the North American megaserver who haven't downloaded the patch yet as well).
