Upgrade tannins, temper and resins

This is just a crafting suggestion.

ZOS should add a crafting mechanic that would allow players to improve tannins, temper and resins from green to blue, blue to purple and purple to yellow. I believe that this would be very useful in the game.

example: We should be able to refine 8 greens for 1 blue; 8 blues for 1 purple and 8 purple for one yellow.

In my opinion, this would be a very useful crafting mechanic.

This very suggestion has been made before. Given the number of greens we collect and don't use, it sounds like a great way to get better improvement mats.

However when you do the math it's not very economical. It would take 512 greens to make a single yellow. At the going rate to sell greens, you could sell 512 greens for way more than the current value of a single yellow.

I think there's possibly a graduated conversion table that might make economic sense (something like 8Grn=1Blu, 6Blu=1Purp, 4Purp=1Yel, 192Grn=1Yel), but ZOS has not indicated they have any interest in this idea.

I use greens and blues to help other people level their crafts. Not sure what I will do with them once I run out of levelers to help.
