Looking for casual/smaller guild - US

Im pretty new to the game, but wondering if there are any smaller and casual guilds out there? Smaller in the size of 15-25 people and casual in that there are no requirements but also plan on doing some trials at some point?

Some folks in one of the guilds I am in do the trials. I don't think your going to get casual and trials in the same guild if it is small. But a medium size guild like ours can be like that.

If you are Aldmeri Dominion, we are currently 20 players and do not intend to get too big (We've run ourselves the past 3 years as a small to medium guild).

Thank you, I'll check them out. Currently my only toon, a templar, is AD and Im battling with myself on the following dilemma once I hit 50 on my current toon:

Roll a new class and new faction? But what if I prefer that faction more? I do like my templar though...would have to re-make a templar!

Or roll all AD, and slog through the same stories 1-50 a few times with some alts...but I wouldn't have to re-roll my templar.

1st word problems...decisions decisions.

I love my templar, then rolled out a knightblade and love that too! I think ill enjoy pretty much all class - Loving the mechanics of this game. The DC storyline is a lot of fun
