Another Question About Armor Sets

Hi,
A few weeks ago, i asked on this forum about how to get Vet 14 versions of the Martial Knowledge set of light armor. I was told farming chests and dolmens in Cyrodiil is the way to get these as those are the only chests in the game that will scale all the way up to Vet14 rank. I found this list the other day, and I have a few additional questions:
1. is it possible to say, find Vet14 versions of Necromancer, Warlock, etc types of armor and gear from farming these chests and dolmens in Cyrodiil? I used Necromancer as an example, because I haven't seen a guild store(ESE, Merchants Circle, etc) carry a set of Necromancer above Vet 12.
2. Are there any sets that just have Vet 12 versions and there is no Vet 13 or Vet 14 version of them in the loot tables? If so, which sets are locked to Vet 12?
3. Lastly, besides the Trial specific Aether Sets and PVP Elite Vendor/bag gear, are there any other sets that won't drop in Cyrodiil chests or dolmens?
I only ask this because I have Googled for days and haven't been able to find a definitive answer, and that list I linked to is woefully out of date, and im not sure it is accurate.
Anyone who could shed some light on these questions and give me answers it would be appreciated big time!

✭✭✭✭✭My understanding is that if you are opening a scaleable chest, you only get sets that fall within the level of your character.
For example, now that I am V9, I find a lot of Lord's Mail and Soulshine stuff, but no Warlock or Sanctuary when I am in Cyrodiil or Craglorn (where loot scales to your level).
My V1, on the other hand, will get Warlock drops from mobs in Cyrodiil (I haven't taken her to Craglorn yet, so I can't tell you if they drop there)The Moot Councillor1 -

A few months ago( prior to 1.4 I believe) I've done all the dolmens in Cyrodiil ( for the achievement) and after each boss the chest that should appear at the end hasn't appeared once. Are you guys sure that dolmens in cyrodiil now spawn boss chests ?0 -

2 weeks before Update 5, I cleared all the Dolmens in Cyrodiil as a Vet 14, and every Dolmen dropped a chest if recall correctly. So dolmens "should" drop chests unless they bugged them again.

Not sure about the mobs, but i understand the chests you find in delves, treasure maps, etc are all scaled to your current level and will scale all the way up to 14...this is the only zone in the game that has chests that will scale that high. So i was hoping some of these sets can be found in these chest in Cyrodiil so i can see what i can get my hands on

I only did a few PvE quests in Cyrodill, but anything I encountered was VR5. However, they were certainly beatable mobs for my VR1, and I am not the most skilled player nor do I have an optimal build. I just had to be careful and try to avoid multiple mobs. I am sure there are builds out there that can roll through the mobs with no issues.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Oh, I wasn't worried about their difficulty. I was just wondering if you could get loot higher than VR5. From the post above yours, it sounds like yes, you can. Might be incentive to get out and hit some dolmens. Maybe get some silly bananas and blueberries while I'm at it

✭✭✭✭✭I've done a decent amount of PvE in Cyrodiil. My experience is that mob corpse loot maxes out at VR5 (you'll be up to your eyeballs in VR5 Gloves of Syrabane), but chests will scale up to VR14. A few minutes ago I just pulled a vet 14 Belt of The Air and a Vet 14 Shoes of Martial Knowledge out of 2 chests in Bloodmayne Cave. So it seems Cyrodiil is the place to go as the craglorn high sets can be found there.
