If they let us decide which one they released first, which would you choose?

I myself would have to go with the Thieves Guild.

Neither, they should fix all the current issues first before bringing new ones. I do want to see both at some point but not before the above statement.

Thieves guild, and I hope it's more like the oblivion questline than the Skyrim.

I loved the Skyrim TG quest line. My only hangup with it was that it wasn't longer, and so you found yourself doing those dratted repeatable quests more often than one would care to.
