I have:
i7-4790
780ti
16gb ram
144hz gsync monitor.
When I am in PVE zones just standing around with max settings I only get FPS in the 50's...is that normal for this game for my setup?
Also when I am roaming around the FPS will drop randomly by like 10-30fps. Anyone else have that?

✭I have a pretty beast PC as well and, in PvP especially, my frame rate goes from a constant 80fps to 5-10 sometimes. No other actualheavy resource PC game does this. Shadows of mordor is constant fps the entire game. Just an example there.3 -

✭Yes, in PVE with max settings I usually get about 60 fps but often for no apparent reason I get sudden drops to about 30fps or so (I can only imagine what would happen in pvp, but wouldnt want to...) But anyway it usually corrects itself and goes back to 60fps in a minute or two..I have no idea why this happens, but it has been happening for quite some time now, so you arent alone here..2 -
nalimoleb14_ESO✭✭✭✭I can confirm this problem as well. I've seen several threads on the forums bringing up this issue, but so far Zenimax hasn't addressed it. Anyway, last week I downloaded Rizonesoft's Memory Booster and it at least stopped the screen stuttering and made my FPS stable, so maybe it's worth giving it a try.2 -

Mostly 40+ fps at 1024x768. Sometimes 70+. 20+ with a lot of people around spamming everything. Rarely drop to 10+.1 -

Might give that thing a try. This problem really needs to be fixed though, completely ruins immersion IMO3
