I've all but given up crafting things for people. If its a guild mate I don't mind but half the time its more trouble than its worth. By the time you get all the info/mats (if theirs) from the player and actually craft the item(s) its been 10-15mins. Thats if they even still buy it and don't try to re-negotiate the price at the end. I've been burned a few times with upgrades as well. Hopefully Im just jaded and this isn't the case for most other crafters.

If the player is sending you their mats, just make them send the details of the order in the same mail. Saves time and makes sure they can't claim they thought something was different.
