Locations for Daily Crafting Quest Updates

If the adventure level for my crafter is not high enough to allow me to access Craiglorn to complete the daily crafting quest, where do i go for the update?

EDIT: You need to turn in the writ, then see the second paragraph and ignore the first one.....

Any of the capital cities for the zone you are in will have the Writ Board. I have found one in Auridon, Greenshade and Malabal Tor for AD. Have not looked in Grahtwood but I am sure it's in Elden Hollow somewhere.

If you need to get to Craglorn and are a member of a Guild, you can travel to any guild mate that is in Craglorn. Most of the Wayshrines are near the roads and you can run the roads in that zone and not encounter any mobs or at least avoid the aggro. BTW, you can farm some materials up there along the roads so you can get a head start on Voidstone and Void Cloth if you are of a mind to.

You'll have to catch your character up to your crafting level. You'll be able to enter Craglorn as soon as you hit VR1 and finish the main story.

Edited for above post: Does the game let you port to Craglorn pre-VR1? I know that Coldharbour can be reached, but I've never heard of someone being able to access VR content below level.
