Normal Elden Hollow Group Dungeon Glitch

Been in a group of 4 and trying everything we can think of and we cant get into the dungeon. Keeps saying that our veteran rank is not high enough. Is Elden Hollow a VR only dungeon now?

✭✭✭✭✭I know you said "everything you could think of," but have you been making sure the group leader set the dungeon to normal mode? And have any of you tried entering it manually?----

✭✭✭✭✭Look in your group window and make sure you are not set to Veteran Mode (which is a different story for the dungeon, not just harder mobs)
You can get set to one or the other if you group up with someone else who has their mode set that way, so that's why you may not have noticed it being set that way.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

You should probably not resurrect unrelated threads for this, but if you're on a Mac, I've heard of that issue before. You can post in the support forums, but my friend who uses a Mac has to relog when they hit that bug.----
