I wanna finish this quest but there is reciept (Grilled Capon) what I havnt and when I searching when I can optain, I find information about location in "Imperial Encampment" but this is storeline location wher I cant reentry. What to do now ?

get someone to add you to a group that you can travel to player? I had to do that with my alt yesterday. He has maxed provisioning, and it was telling him to go to cold harbor... well.. lets just say that area is a tad bit higher level than what he is ;/. I think they are fixing this though today to make sure the quest doesn't take you somewhere you cant get yet.

Alternatively, redo your skill points and match the recipe perk to the area you can reach?

#edit: Sorry, none of my characters have these writ issues because I couldn't see the point of making food/drink that my character couldn't consume so I only raise the recipe perk when I change region. As a result I get a delivery point in the region I am in.
