I want to help you a little by offering some free advice.

When the customer base is complaning about huge gamebreaking issues like say:
- Broken exp system
- Unplayable pvp due to lag
- Not beeing able to log in.

And things like that...

(Now I know you have different guys doing/fixing different stuff so it really doesnt help not to update graphics on item A since the graphic guy cant fix the lag anyway)..

.. but for a psycological reason.. collect the fluff fixes and dont release them until you fix one of the major issues.

Because if say exp system is borked and 90% of your playerbase point it out to you and you release a hotfix which doesnt fix the problem but something else.. like an emote or some other fluff your cusomers might thing WTF??

If you however fix the exp and write oh btw we also fixed some fluff.. people thing OMG I LUB JOO.. not only did they fix the main issue they threw in some extra candy for us as well...

Just my thoughts...

Um, forcing us to wait for minor fixs because a major bug hasn't been fixed yet, isn't great for us either.

I think they had planned on releasing some major fixs too, but somewhere there was a breakdown in communication, and it turned out the major fixs aren't ready yet. At least that's what I'm getting from the other threads.

I still have days on my sub. Didnt first realize i didnt pay/month (I usually do that but cheap as I am I signed up for a longer period).. But last nights I mostly watch TV instead of playing anyway...

Still now and then I log in to do some pvp or other stuff if Im bored but I quickly gets tired due to the issues that for me is gamebreaking and then I take the pvp to the forum instead.. me against ZoS :open_mouth:

But then again, minor fixes could create new major bugs. 'Cause Zenimax.

Yes, true. But still just give us all the fixes as and when, that way I can still hope

Yeah, but if they hold fluff fixes until they fix some major issue they have time to QA atleast some of the fluff fixes...

The lack of communication is definitely the worst part of ZOS experience.
