To the two if you, although I do not know if Jessica was laid-off since I haven't seen a post from her in a while. I want to acknowledge the job you do having to explain and a assuage people considering the issues the game has been going through. You have done what you can to communicate to us. I understand whatever you post must be passed through multiple people before you post it to make sure it is 'allowable'. I was a product manager for Novell so you have my sympathies. Thank you for what you do and please don't take the hate mail personally.
