With a little finesse, I can spam this ability almost as fast as any instant cast ability now. And you can block duing half the cast time, too.
Easy, cheesy 700-800ish dps in PvP without any real risk of being interupted.
My God, who comes up with this crap, and even more concerningly, who are responsible for implementing it on the live server.
Edit: And less cast time on ability which does 50% more damage than dark flare for instance, which has a 1.3 sec cast time (though 1.5 - 2 sec seems to still be the actual animation time, cooldown included). Time to kill two flies with one strike and reduce dark flare's cast time to 0.5 sec just to bring a little sanity back in this game.
