Idea Regarding Dungeons and group content

Sorry this is so long but I had an idea related to group dungeons. Let me start by saying, I love this game, but as I work my way through Cadwell's Silver and Gold, I have growing concern that I will run out of content and have to leave the game. The group content, dungeons, Craglorn, and daily Undaunted are currently out of reach for me. Why? Because I'm new and because I play solo a lot. Yes, I know it is an MMO, and I've tried guilds and grouping and I'd love to be able to do dungeons. However, it was difficult to group up before this latest update and now it is next to impossible to do so if you are new, a casual player, or mostly solo.

Some observations:
1. I play a LOT at all hours of the day and night. In order to quest with someone else, we'd have to play at the same time all the time. Not gonna happen.
2. I play slowly. Love to read the books, listen to the dialog, revel in the storytelling and stand back to look at the scenery (when I'm not getting attacked by animals or daedra.) Most of the hardcore people I've encountered fly through the game like it was a time trial.
3. I think my journey through the game is not that unique compared to other new people. I was a bit intimidated by group dungeons in the beginning, didn't know how to run them, what the roles were, etc. I tired pick up groups at random a couple of times with less than satisfying results and so focused on what I could solo. Now, 50 levels later, in Vet content, I am still weak in group dungeons and NEVER DEVELOPED THOSE SKILLS but the group dungeons have only gotten harder.
4. I've encountered more than a few kind souls, including my guild who have included me in some group dungeon attempts but lets face it, the game makes it very costly for a team to get wiped over and over just to help one person learn. And with the changes in group dungeon leveling, it is next to impossible to complete if you have a person who really isn't pulling their weight.

I've seen lots of criticism about teams/people failing in dungeons because they don't know what they are doing or "not doing it correctly." But currently, there isn't any way to learn, except to get in there and do it - unfortunately at great in-game expense to whoever you team with.

It doesn't make sense to nerf all the group dungeons, that would be unfair to those who do have the skills. But what to do? So I got to thinking. If you walk into a Casino, and want to play poker but no other players are around, the house provides a "Prop" who is basically another player that they pay to sit around and play. That way, you get a game, the Prop gets a game and their salary, and the house usually wins anyway. Well, why couldn't ESO have some sort of Prop system for learning? Maybe a dungeon mode where a group could go through at no cost for training purposes? No XP or loot given to the newbie, maybe the volunteer trainer "Props" could get loot or XP for their time. It would be a way to grow some more skilled players rather than leaving behind us newbie/casual players or worse yet forcing us out of the game entirely.
