Zolan's Junk Handler Add-on Update?

I was wondering if somebody could update this add-on because I dont think the person that made it will be updating it. I LOVE this add-on for handling junk and with the last game update Zenimax broke it! 
If I only knew how to update this add-on I would do it myself or would be extremely happy with somebody that knows how that would do it.
