Nightblade what weapons

Hey guys I am having a really hard time deciding which weapons to go with for my nightblade. What weapons go good together? I plan on using light and medium armors.

The skills I will probably be using from the class are: sap essence, funnel health, crippling grasp, viel of blades, lotus fan, twisting path, soul tether, siphoning attacks. (Let me know if these are good choices)

And then mix in some weapon/vampire abilitys. I will probably go 2:2:1 for my stats.(magicka:health:stamina) What weapons are the best for nightblade? Probably need one melee and one range.(maybe)

Please help and give me ideas on skills/weapon choice/stats.

a DW NB is ok. be sure to use aspect of fear and sparks with it.

One handed and shield block and spam with sap essence seems to work for a lot of people.

ranged, try a bow. Works really well with the class if used right.
if you plan to do mostly Light armor, be sure to have a staff(I recommend resto as NBs don't have any insta self heals like other classes save for mark target kills)

What main armor you'll use med or light?
Will you focus on PvP or PvE?
In light armor magika buld will do resto staff, and focus on class attack skills.
In medium stamina build bow+DW or 2H (in 1.5.2 2H can be enought intersting for NB as it provides healing).

I will probably going mostly light armor since all the class abilitys use magicka. Focus right now is on PvE. So a hybrid type of build with 2h and bow using mostly class abilitys with a few weapon abilitys is just plain not as good as using destro/resto staffs?

If you use LA and large magika pool your magika skills dmg scales with magika pool. So stamina weapol skill will not have any bonuses, as you have no med armor weapon dmg bonus and you stamina pool bonus is low.

What armor would you use for it, and is it stamina or magicka? What would you change to it?

A magic Nightblade should have a resto staff. You can restore magic with it as well as self heal which isn't easy to do as a Nightblade.

Your other bar can be many things, 1h/shield is a good choice and twin swords gives a +5% damage bonus which works on class skills.
