A Traitor's Tale - Broken?

Greetings,
Yesterday I tried to complete the quest ''A Traitor's Tale'' in Rivenspire, but when I reached the step ''Observe the General's Meeting with the King'' I got ported out of the instance before the meeting took place.
I abandoned the quest and tried again and I got ported out again.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Runefell✭✭✭✭I was ported out as well before I could see the meeting, but I was still able to finish the quest.
I remember on my first run-though, it was bugged so that whenever somebody saw the meeting, everybody in the area could hear it. I can't tell you how man times I heard the 'You Traitor!' speech. Perhaps, in an attempt to fix it, they broke it.Rune Fell- Dunmer Mag Sorcerer (DC)~The Adventurer
