Does anyone know if using Flame Lash is considered "casting"? I was wondering if this set bonus would increase it's damage?

✭nope casting is everything that is with a non instant activation time but instants may fall under the channeld abilities.
in both cases flame lash is not involved.spelling and grammar errors are free to be abused
