Level trigger for The God of Schemes?

Good day fine people 
Is anyone aware of a level requirement to start the final part of the main quest (The God of Schemes)? I have just finished the final Coldharbour quest at level 43 but the main quest doesn't seem to have triggered. I know there was a level requirement of 50 originally but I thought that had been removed?

Sorry, I've always been level 50 when I get there (chasing down achievements raises your level because you stumble on enemies), so I didn't even know there was a minimum level for it.People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!
